Drop a marker anywhere on the property and log the work you do there: cleaning blinds, swapping propane, checking heaters, filling feeders, putting out minerals, running cameras. Each site keeps a running history so nothing gets forgotten between trips.
How sharing works. Everything is saved on the phone or computer you're using right now, so it loads instantly even with no signal. It does not sync between phones on its own. To get the whole camp on the same page, one person keeps the master copy, taps Copy backup to share, and sends the text to the others, who tap Load backup. Do that at the start and end of each trip and everyone stays current.
Want it to sync live instead? This can be upgraded to a shared cloud copy that every phone reads and writes in real time, no manual passing around. That's a quick add when you decide you want it.
